The national flower of Malaysia – Hibiscus is a beautiful and
eye-catching bloom which was crowned as the ‘Queen of
Tropical Flowers’ as it could only grow in warm or tropical
climates. Florally sweet with fruity hints, this edible flower
is often eaten as a delicacy and consumed as an infusion
in many Asian fusion dishes. Inspired by its unique floral
flavour, MONIN captured the essence and turned it into
