Dates are considered to be one of the oldest cultivated
fruits in the world. The characteristic honey-like
sweetness of dates comes from their high sugar content,
reaching over 50% once the fruit has been dried.
Traditionally tied to Ramadan and breaking fast, dates
are becoming a popular all year round flavour springing
up in kurma milk and energy bars. Le Fruit de MONIN
Date harnesses the sweet-tasting flavour of the real date
fruit.

thickener: pectin, acid: citric acid, caramelized sugar,
preservative: E202, natural flavouring. Contains 35% date
puree, and the equivalent of 15.2% date juice.
